Joe Mittler is the founder of XC-Designs. He started the Canadian based webdesign company when more and more people started to ask for his services. XC-Designs has seen continual growth throughout 2008. Joe Mittler is an experienced and qualified programmer with over 5 years of experience in programming in HTML, PHP, MySQL and several Content Management Systems such as Wordpress.

Manfred Wenas is a partner for XC-Designs. Manfred Wenas joined XC-Designs in late 2008 and currently resides in the Netherlands. Manfred Wenas has a vast experience in Internet Marketing, Traditional Marketing, publishing, webdesign and has been called  “The Internet Genius” by Marketeer of the Year 2006 and 2007 Randy Walker.  Manfred Wenas has worked as a consultant for several Media Outlets and IBM Premier partners.   Manfred Wenas is known for midnight ranting and ramblings.
